Anne (Andi) Samuels Kenney represents clients across a wide range of industries on environmental, health and safety matters. Clients seek her counsel on regulatory compliance issues and best practices, as well as the defense of alleged violations of EPA, OSHA, MSHA, and state environmental and occupational safety and health requirements. She also has extensive experience representing clients in complex CERCLA and RCRA, air permitting and DOT compliance matters.

She is Of Counsel to the Firm and a member of the Environmental and Workplace Health & Safety Law Practices and the Climate and Clean Technology Law. Earlier in her career, Ms. Kenney served in-house as Senior Environmental, Safety, and Health Counsel at Waste Management, Inc.
In 2010, the Lawyers’ Committee for Better Housing recognized Ms. Kenney with their Attorney of the Day Volunteer Award. She also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Coordinated Advice and Referral Program for Legal Services and has taught Constitutional Law to seventh and eighth graders at the Jamieson School in Chicago as part of the Constitutional Rights Foundation’s Lawyers in the Classroom Program.
