  • Weller v. HSBC Fin. Corp., 2015 WL 6123195 (D. Colo. Oct. 19, 2015) – Granting final approval to nationwide class action settlement of flood lender-placed insurance claims after extensive challenges by plaintiffs’ counsel in parallel actions.
  • West v. HSBC Mortgage Corp., South Carolina Court of Common Pleas (August 2015) – Presented oral argument and secured order denying class certification in putative class action challenging loan servicing practices.
