Umer M. Chaudhry is an associate in the firm’s Government Contracts Practice.
Mr. Chaudhry assists companies in all facets of government procurement law, including FAR/DFARS regulatory counseling, contract disputes, claims, and compliance and investigation issues.
Mr. Chaudhry has experience providing guidance to federal contractors, including on issues related to the Cost Accounting Standards, domestic preference laws, and the False Claims Act. Before joining the firm, he was an analyst with Bloomberg L.P., providing data-driven insights to companies competing in the federal market.
Mr. Chaudhry has an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration matters.
Mr. Chaudhry received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University, where he was a Cornell Tradition Fellow. He received his J.D. from the George Washington University Law School, where he focused on government procurement law.
