Tracey Lattimer is an associate in the firm’s London office.  Ms. Lattimer’s practice covers both commercial litigation and international arbitration.  She has a broad range of experience dealing with national and international matters, including contractual disputes, investment disputes, financial services litigation, regulatory investigations, data protection matters, disputes in the energy sector and trademark litigation.

Before joining Jenner & Block in 2015, Ms. Lattimer served as an associate in the London office of a large, international firm where she worked as part of the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice.

Market commentators for Chambers and Partners 2020 describe Ms. Lattimer’s work as “incredible and irreplaceable,” and say that she is “one of the most committed workers I’ve ever met.”

Ms. Lattimer has an active pro bono practice.  Her recent work has included assisting a UK charity and a US NGO with its GDPR/data protection law compliance.  Previously, Ms. Lattimer was part of a team that collaborated with Oxfam in conducting an analysis of Kenya’s implementation of the Maputo Protocol, a charter of the African Union aimed at guaranteeing comprehensive rights to women.  This report was commended in the Social Responsibility category of The Financial Times’ Top European Innovative Law Firms 2014.
