Steven R. Trybus is a litigator who focuses on complex patent disputes. He is experienced in a wide variety of technologies, ranging from the life sciences, including gene editing techniques, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices to the chemical arts including polymers. He also has worked on matters involving electronics, including software, telecommunications and optical media as well as mechanical devices such as industrial machines, containers, and food processing equipment. He concentrates on patent litigation and related counseling with significant experience in contested proceedings in the United States Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to patent infringement suits, Mr. Trybus has experience in defending law firms and patent attorneys from allegations of malpractice in the practice of patent law.
