Stephen M. Woodcock is an associate in the Corporate Practice, and focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities transactions and compliance, and general corporate matters.
Mr. Woodcock received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School in 2011. During law school he was a member of Phi Delta Phi, and led a team of MBA and engineering students on small business consulting assignments through the BluEngine Consulting Project. He received his B.A, cum laude, in economics from Benedictine University in 2007.
Prior to law school Mr. Woodcock co-founded and developed a chain of Mediterranean cafes, and worked at the IT Governance Institute as a researcher and editor of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance publications.
