Sharon represents clients on mergers and acquisitions and a variety of finance matters, including secured and unsecured loans, first and second lien loan transactions, asset-based transactions and debtor-in-possession and exit financing facilities. Locating risks and opportunities at every stage of a transaction, she counsels clients through all aspects of a closing process on their most important strategic transactions. She works with a broad range of clients, from large public companies to privately owned middle-market businesses across various industries, including life sciences, aerospace and defense, food and beverage, and content, media and entertainment.
Sharon works to gain a deep understanding of her client’s financial and business goals, and her significant experience in both finance and M&A allows her to harmonize their financing and acquisition strategies to achieve the best outcomes for their particular needs. Additionally, she supports clients with corporate matters outside of acquisitions and financings, including through advising on corporate governance matters and preparing complex commercial agreements between certain clients and their franchisees. Sharon serves as a member of the firm’s Inclusion & Engagement Committee.
