Sarah E. Haddy is a partner in the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice.
Ms. Haddy counsels clients on a variety of ERISA and employee benefit matters, with a focus on retirement plans and health and welfare plans. Ms. Haddy provides advice on significant transactional matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and spinoffs, and she regularly consults with the firm’s ERISA litigation, family law and bankruptcy practices about complex employee benefit matters. She counsels employers on qualified plan design and administration, including government reporting, compliance matters, and day-to-day issues. Ms. Haddy has considerable experience with health and welfare plans, including establishing and maintaining plans of all types, and complying with the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (Healthcare Reform), HIPAA, and related laws.
