Sandra Hanian is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Hanian received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2015, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Journal on Legislation. As a member of the Cyberlaw Clinic based at Harvard’s Berkman Center for Internet & Society, she counseled clients in trademark disputes, licensing contracts, and other intellectual property matters. She also drafted portions of an amicus brief filed in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court regarding privacy and cell phone location information.
Ms. Hanian graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles, in 2010, receiving her B.A. in political science. Prior to joining Jenner & Block, she worked as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, Civil Division.
Ms. Hanian is admitted to practice in California.
