Ronald Ian Reicin is a retired partner from Jenner & Block’s Chicago office. His practice focused on real estate issues ranging from leasing and development to lending and air rights. He has represented railroads and their successors in matters involving millions of square feet of office, apartment, industrial and other commercial operations adjacent to or above railroad tracks. He has also handled the spin off and liquidation of railroad properties in more than 100 counties and a dozen states.
Mr. Reicin has also represented many clients in the development, purchase and sale of shopping centers, office buildings and other real estate projects. He was selected by his peers as a Leading Lawyer and a Super Lawyer in Illinois under the Real Estate Law category, and he is AV Peer Review Rated, Martindale-Hubbell’s highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability. He is also a registered Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Reicin became a Partner of the firm in 1975 and was a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice. He is active in the community, serving as a Life Trustee of the National Kidney Foundation of Illinois and recently retired as president and chairman of the Board of The Ruth Page Foundation.
