Richard P. Campbell is a litigator who has represented clients in some of the most significant antitrust cases of the past 45 years. Highly experienced in state and federal trial and appellate courts, he has won major victories for plaintiffs in legal malpractice, employment discrimination, securities, land subsidence, mechanics’ lien, construction litigation, constitutional and landfill construction actions. He has also prosecuted and defended numerous bankruptcy adversary actions and recently defended the nation’s largest institutional pharmacy in a qui tam False Claims Act matter. He is currently representing a number of the nation's major corporations in a price-fixing matter.
Mr. Campbell is Of Counsel in Jenner & Block’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Antitrust and Competition Law and Labor Employment Practices. He is a member of the firm's Paralegal Committee. Mr. Campbell has been named a Best Lawyer in America in Antitrust Litigation and Commercial Litigation every year since 2012.
