Ren-How Harn is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Harn’s practice focuses on patent litigation in a variety of technologies including genetic engineering, pharmaceuticals, polymers and material science. Mr. Harn also has experience in proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. In addition to patent law, Mr. Harn has experience in trademark prosecution and enforcement.
Mr. Harn received his B.S. in chemical engineering, with a concentration in environmental engineering, from the University of Kansas, where he graduated with honors. He received his J.D. in 2015 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, with a concentration in intellectual property law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Mr. Harn served as a Senior Notes Editor for the Cardozo Public Law, Law & Ethics Journal.
Mr. Harn is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
