Raphael Holoszyc-Pimentel is an associate in the firm’s Content, Media and Entertainment practice group. He has extensive experience in intellectual-property and commercial litigation, as well as white-collar investigations.

Mr. Holoszyc-Pimentel focuses on intellectual-property litigation, including copyright, trademark, and data-protection matters, as well as defamation and First Amendment issues.  He also has significant experience in white-collar investigations and criminal defense, including complex international engagements, internal and governmental investigations, and monitorships.  He is committed to pro bono practice and has worked on immigration, civil-rights, and military-court matters.

Mr. Holoszyc-Pimentel served as a law clerk to the Honorable Edgardo Ramos of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.  He graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the New York University Law Review.  In law school, he gained experience in criminal prosecution and government litigation while working in the Criminal Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and the Civil Division of the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.  Before law school, Mr. Holoszyc-Pimentel worked in politics and government, including on several political campaigns and for a New York state assemblyman.
