Raphael Holoszyc-Pimentel is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and has experience in intellectual-property litigation and white-collar investigations.

Mr. Holoszyc-Pimentel focuses on intellectual-property litigation, including copyright, trademark, and data-protection matters.  He also has significant experience in white-collar investigations and criminal defense, including complex international engagements, internal and governmental investigations, and monitorships.  He is committed to pro bono practice and has worked on civil-rights, military-court, and immigration matters.

Mr. Holoszyc-Pimentel graduated magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he served as an executive editor of the New York University Law Review.  In law school, he gained experience in criminal prosecution and government litigation while working in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.  Before law school, Mr. Holoszyc-Pimentel worked in politics and government, working on several political campaigns and for a New York state assemblyman.
