Ramon Villalpando is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Antitrust and Competiton Law, Class Action and Complex Commercial Litigation practice groups. He has experience in complex commercial litigation matters and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Villalpando served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carl E. Stewart of the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before clerking on the Fifth Circuit, Mr. Villalpando served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ruben Castillo of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Mr. Villalpando earned a B.B.A., magna cum laude, in 2003 from the University of Notre Dame. He received his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 2009. While at Stanford, Mr. Villalpando was co-president of the Stanford Latino Law Students Association and served as a lead articles editor on the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.
Mr. Villalpando is admitted to practice in Illinois.
