Rachael Cresswell is a solicitor-advocate based in Jenner & Block’s London office. She has experience of representing states, corporate clients and high-net worth individuals in cross-border disputes under the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL and Swiss Rules of International Arbitration and before the English, British Virgin Islands and Isle of Man courts.
Before joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Cresswell worked in the London and Moscow offices of a large international law firm, and has also spent significant time in Mexico, Korea and China.
Ms. Cresswell is committed to pro bono work. Her pro bono activities include acting for a charity in relation to claims in the English county court, assisting with cross-border law reform projects relating to homelessness, rape laws and police stop and search powers and advocacy before the disability benefits appeal tribunal.
