Philip B. Sailer is an associate in the firm’s Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice. His practice includes representing individuals and corporations in investigations and counseling clients on public policy. He also works closely with the firm’s Government Controversies and Public Policy Litigation Practice on matters involving legislative and regulatory inquiries at the federal and state levels.
Mr. Sailer has substantial experience in complex commercial litigation matters and internal investigations on behalf of clients in a variety of industries, most notably the technology and healthcare sectors. He has counseled small and large companies on regulatory and insurance matters, including investigations by and negotiations with federal and state enforcement agencies, and advises corporations on public policy issues. Mr. Sailer maintains active pro bono and appellate practices, including litigating such matters in both state and federal courts.
Mr. Sailer received his JD from the University of Illinois College of Law in 2018 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014, with honors.
