Natacha Y. Lam is an associate in the Litigation Department.



Ms. Lam received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and was an articles editor on the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. She received her B.A. in Classics and Economics in 2010 from Washington University in St. Louis, where she graduated summa cum laude.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Lam worked at Americans United for Separation of Church and State. While there, she litigated the constitutional rights of clients in state and federal court. She also drafted amicus briefs on First Amendment issues of national import for several federal courts of appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Ms. Lam is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger L. Gregory of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
