Michelle Onibokun is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office.  Ms. Onibokun is a member of the Government Contracts Practice and works closely with the Investigations, Compliance and Defense Practice.  She represents corporate clients in all phases of criminal and related civil matters.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Onibokun represented individuals and corporate clients that received government subpoenas, and assisted clients by analyzing exposure to potential criminal or civil liability.  Ms. Onibokun assisted in conducting complex investigations and has experience with internal investigations, False Claims Act (FCA) investigations, and Foreign Corrupt Practice Act (FCPA) investigations.  Ms. Onibokun also represented government contractors with disputes in front of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals (ASBCA) and counseled contractors dealing with pricing issues.

While at Harvard Law School, Ms. Onibokun interned at the US Attorney’s Office, Major Crimes Division and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in the Child Protection and Human Trafficking Units.
