Michael Werner is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department. Mr. Werner received his J.D. in 2013 from Harvard Law School.
Before joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Werner was an active member of Harvard’s Program on Negotiation, where he served as the submissions editor for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and as a member of the Harvard Negotiation and Mediation Clinic. Mr. Werner has worked with several clients to design dispute resolution systems that continue to allow those clients to quickly and inexpensively resolve conflicts before litigation becomes necessary.
Before law school, Mr. Werner received his B.S. in physics from the University of Florida, where he worked in the Microkelvin Research Laboratory. As a senior lab member, his research focused on the practical applications of low temperature superconductivity and quantum turbulence.
