Michael Bolos represents public and privately held companies in a broad range of corporate transactions.His practice includes mergers, acquisitions, domestic and cross-border complex business transactions, and other general corporate matters.
Mr. Bolos’ experience includes counseling clients on national and international antitrust compliance programs, corporate governance, and private equity transactions. In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Bolos has represented clients for financial services litigation, class action litigation and complex commercial litigation.
While in law school, Mr. Bolos worked as an intern for the Federal Reserve Bank, publishing and editing articles covering areas such as RESPA, FACTA, and TILA for the Federal Reserve’s Consumer Compliance Outlook publication. He also served as an extern for the Honorable Charles P. Kocoras, District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois, and was a member of the University of Pennsylvania Inn of Court. In business school, Mr. Bolos served as a Wharton-Omnicom Communication Fellow, helping to coach MBA candidates for classroom and business presentations. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Bolos spent a year abroad in the United Kingdom, studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics at Oxford University’s Pembroke College.
