Max A. Staloff is an associate in the firm’s Communications, Internet, and Technology Practice.  Mr. Staloff advises wireless carriers, satellite operators, cable operators, and trade associations, and he often assists with spectrum reallocation, license transfer applications, merger review, infrastructure policy, and satellite and experimental licensing.

Mr. Staloff is a member of the firm’s Washington, DC office.  Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Staloff held various positions at the Federal Communications Commission, including with the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau, Office of Engineering and Technology, and Office of General Counsel. He served as Special Counsel in the Office of General Counsel, where he was responsible for providing policy and legal advice to the Chair of the FCC.  Additionally, Mr. Staloff assisted wireline, wireless, and satellite clients on a variety of issues at a leading international law firm.
