Mark A. Reinhardt is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. He joined the firm in 2015.
Mr. Reinhardt represents clients in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, technology acquisitions and venture capital financings. He also advises clients on legal and business issues related to blockchain technology and crypto assets. He leverages familiarity with the evolving legal and regulatory issues related to crypto assets, including recent developments in securities law with respect to issuing and trading such assets. Mr. Reinhardt collaborates with lawyers from other practice areas to advise clients using blockchain technology on a wide range of corporate and financial transactions, including initial coin offerings (ICOs) and service agreements related to ICOs.
Mr. Reinhardt graduated valedictorian from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2013, where he served as Business & Production Editor for the Pepperdine Law Review. While in law school, Mr. Reinhardt also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Sandra S. Ikuta, as a judicial extern to the Deputy Chief Justice of Uganda, and as a member of the team that won the 2012–2013 Stetson International Moot Court Competition. Mr. Reinhardt received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Oregon State University in 2010.
Before joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Reinhardt clerked for two years for the Honorable Bobby R. Baldock of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
