Marek H. Badyna is department counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Mr. Badyna has significant experience in numerous areas of complex commercial litigation.  He has worked on cases involving breaches of contract, various business torts, employment and executive compensation disputes, bankruptcy, securities, antitrust and unfair competition litigation, as well as patent and trade secrets lawsuits.  In addition, on a pro bono basis, Mr. Badyna has represented clients in civil rights and immigration matters.

Mr. Badyna received his J.D. in 2003 from the University of Chicago Law School.  He also holds a Master of Law degree from Adam Mickiewicz University Faculty of Law and Administration in Poznan, Poland.
