Maliha Ikram is an associate in the firm’s Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Ikram assists public and private clients in employee benefits, executive compensation and ERISA matters, including qualified and non-qualified plans, health and welfare plans and equity arrangements. She also participates in the representation of firm clients with respect to employee benefits and executive compensation matters in connection with mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other strategic transactions.

Ms. Ikram received her JD from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2018. While in law school, she served as an executive articles editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law & Social Policy, as a teaching assistant for contracts and negotiation and as a student lawyer for the MacArthur Justice Center’s Civil Rights Litigation Clinic. Ms. Ikram graduated from the University of Louisville in 2014, magna cum laude, with a BA in English. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ikram was an associate in the New York office of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP.
