Kathleen W. Gibbons is an associate in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of the White Collar Criminal Defense and Investigations practice group.
Since joining the Firm’s Litigation Department, Ms. Gibbons has been substantially involved in cases including international and domestic FCPA and internal investigations, environmental, and products liability matters. In addition, Ms. Gibbons has an active pro bono practice, including a leading role in drafting a petition for certiorari to the United States Supreme Court on behalf of an indigent criminal defendant. While in law school, Ms. Gibbons served as president of the Harvard Defenders and Co-President of the Harvard Law School Forum. She also completed significant clinical work in the areas of international human rights and indigent criminal defense.
Ms. Gibbons is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association.
