Kashan Pathan is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. He joined the firm in 2017.
Mr. Pathan received his B.A., cum laude, from Rhodes College in 2011. He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2017. During law school, Mr. Pathan developed strategies for policy reform and provided legal services to indigent victims of police abuse as a member of the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Clinic’s Civil Rights and Police Accountability Project. Mr. Pathan also participated in the Hinton Moot Court Competition where he received the Thomas R. Mulroy Prize for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy and Oral Argument.
Mr. Pathan is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association of Chicago.
