John F. Ward, Jr. is a litigator who focuses primarily in the area of complex, high-value trials and civil litigation.  Fortune 500 companies, as well as smaller businesses and individuals, seek his counsel in a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, class actions, antitrust and ERISA, among others.  He has argued cases in state and federal courts across the country and before various national and international arbitration tribunals, including FINRA.

Mr. Ward has extensive experience representing clients in TRO and preliminary injunction proceedings.  He regularly counsels businesses on internal corporate investigations and conducts them on behalf of his clients.  Mr. Ward also has experience helping clients develop and implement strategies for pre-litigation resolution of emerging business disputes.  He is AV Peer Review Rated, Martindale Hubbell’s highest peer recognition for ethical standards and legal ability.
