Jeremy H. Ershow is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department, with experience in civil and appellate litigation, internal investigations, and monitorships.

Mr. Ershow received his J.D. from the NYU School of Law. He graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, and founded and co-chaired NYU’s Law and Government Society. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Julio M. Fuentes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Hon. William H. Yohn of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. 

Before his career in law, Mr. Ershow worked in politics as an organizer for President Obama’s 2008 campaign, an aide to U.S. Sen. Tim Johnson, and a policy advisor and strategist at Third Way. His undergraduate degree in History is from Yale University.
