Jennifer Beach is a special counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department, concentrating in complex commercial litigation. Ms. Beach has significant experience litigating in a number of substantive areas, including ERISA, False Claims Act litigation, franchise law, patent disputes, and legal malpractice. Ms. Beach also has experience in family law matters, and is trained in collaborative law.
Ms. Beach has experience in all phases on litigation, including written and oral discovery, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. In addition , Ms. Beach has assisted with drafting numerous federal appellate briefs in complex matters. Ms. Beach maintains an active pro bono practice in the areas of family and criminal law. She is a member of the firm’s Women’s Forum Steering Committee.
Ms. Beach received her BA, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in 2006 from Washington University in St. Louis. She received her JD, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, in 2010 from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. During law school, she served as executive editor for the Washington University Law Review and as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing. Ms. Beach also received her Master of Social Work from the Washington University Brown School of Social Work in 2010.
