Jay K. Simmons is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Simmons serves clients across numerous sectors on litigation ranging from antitrust, class action, professional responsibility, and general commercial matters. He has particular experience in antitrust disputes and contributes to discussions on legal developments in the field. For example, he is co-author of the Seventh Circuit chapter in the GCR Courts Annual Review
, a book published by Global Competition Review
on key antitrust decisions from across the United States.
Mr. Simmons received his JD from the University of Southern California’s Gould School of Law, earning a certificate in Transnational Law & Business. During law school, he served as a legal writing fellow and an executive senior editor on the Southern California Law Review.
