Hannah Schwab is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Schwab received her JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2020, graduating cum laude. During law school, she served as Managing Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review and worked in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic. Ms. Schwab also received five CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for earning the highest class grade, including awards in Securities Regulation, Executive Compensation and Agency Law.

Ms. Schwab received her BA in history from the University of St. Francis, graduating as a Dean’s Scholar, summa cum laude. During her time at St. Francis, she received the C. Vann Woodward for Excellence in History and served as Vice President of the Phi Alpha Theta Honor Society.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Schwab worked at a boutique law firm where she assisted in advising clients in a variety of matters in areas including corporate governance, shareholder rights, and employment agreements. During that time she was a member of the Small Business Advocacy Council, where she served as secretary of the Young Professionals Committee and the Women in Business Committee.
