Gregory Capobianco is an associate in the firm’s Communications, Internet, and Technology Practice.

Mr. Capobianco received his JD from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, magna cum laude, where he was the executive editor of the Cardozo Law Review.  He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in economics and political science.

Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Capobianco was an attorney advisor with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).  He arrived at the FCC through the Honors Attorney Program and served in the Pricing Policy Division and the Competition Policy Division, both within the Wireline Competition Bureau.  He primarily worked on business data services, intercarrier compensation, and unbundled network element issues.  He also served as a liaison to the Job Skills and Training Opportunities working group of the Broadband Deployment Advisory Committee.

Following law school, Mr. Capobianco worked as a staff attorney in the Staff Attorney’s Office of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
