Garrett J. Salzman is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Salzman received his J.D. cum laude from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2018. While in law school, Mr. Salzman served as the executive articles editor for the Northwestern Journal of Law & Social Policy and as a teaching assistant for Professor Peter DiCola’s first-year property course. Mr. Salzman completed an intensive year of Northwestern Law’s Senior Research Program analyzing trends in presidential administration. Mr. Salzman also served as the vice president of Ally Outreach for OUTLaw and co-chaired the Northwestern Student Bar Association’s Career and Clerkships Committee.
Prior to law school, Mr. Salzman graduated with a B.A. in Advertising from Texas Tech University, where he graduated first in his class. While at Texas Tech, Mr. Salzman served as a congressional intern in Washington, D.C. and wrote for Texas Tech’s student paper, The Daily Toreador. Following college, Mr. Salzman spent several years working in an international bank’s fiduciary services office in Austin, Texas.
