Mr. Fitzsimmons is an associate in the Litigation Department.
Mr. Fitzsimmons is admitted to practice in Illinois and received his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law in 2016. During law school, Mr. Fitzsimmons was a member of the Bartlit National Trial Team, served as a teacher’s assistant for the school’s first-year writing course and served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Journal of International Law and Business. Mr. Fitzsimmons has litigation experience in arbitration, bankruptcy, and class actions.
Mr. Fitzsimmons also has experience litigating on behalf of pro bono clients, primarily those who have experienced gender-based violence. Mr. Fitzsimmons has represented victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child marriage, harassment, stalking, and human trafficking.
