Eric S. Fleddermann is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Fleddermann received his JD, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. There, he served as president of the Law School Student Senate, managing editor of the Michigan Technology Law Review and president of the Michigan Law Trial Advocacy Society. He excelled in national mock trial competitions, finishing in the top four teams of the National Trial Competition and as a finalist in the Top Gun Mock Trial Competition. He worked as a student attorney in the law school’s Juvenile Justice Clinic and as a summer intern for the Colorado State Public Defender.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Fleddermann clerked for the Honorable Jack Zouhary on the US District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. There, he assisted Judge Zouhary with a variety of motions in the trial court and with appeals in the Sixth and Ninth Circuits during by-designation sittings.
