Elin Park is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.  She is a member of the Complex Commercial Litigation, Financial Services Litigation, and Class Action practice groups.  Ms. Park also represents clients in government and internal investigations.

Ms. Park litigates in federal and state courts, both at the trial and appellate levels.  Ms. Park has trial experience, which includes acting as a second chair in a federal jury trial.  Ms. Park handles all stages of litigation, including briefing and arguing motions, managing discovery, and examining witnesses at depositions and at hearings.  Ms. Park has represented corporations and individuals in lawsuits before the U.S. Supreme Court, the Illinois Supreme Court, and other appellate courts.

Ms. Park earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where she actively served as a student attorney at the Institute for Justice Clinic on Entrepreneurship.  In that capacity, Ms. Park negotiated contracts on behalf of Chicago businesses and advised her clients on various regulatory matters.  Ms. Park earned her B.S. in Economics from Duke University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
