Elena M. Olivieri is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.

Ms. Olivieri received her JD from Harvard Law School in 2019 and graduated from the University of Chicago in 2014 with a BA in History and Political Science, both with Honors. 

Ms. Olivieri is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.  She is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Hispanic Lawyers Association of Illinois.

Ms. Olivieri has significant experience defending clients in biometric data class actions brought under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA).

While in law school, she served as a student lawyer and student supervisor in Harvard’s Prison Legal Assistance Project.  She also served as co-president of the Harvard Law Midwest Club. Prior to law school, Ms. Olivieri served as a member of Jenner & Block’s litigation support staff.
