Dimitry Halvorsen is a staff attorney with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Halvorsen has extensive experience in the areas of complex commercial litigation, patent litigation, and internal and governmental investigations. He has represented clients in various antitrust and intellectual property matters as well as multiple domestic and foreign investigations.
Mr. Halvorsen maintains an active pro bono practice representing low-income individuals in immigration matters. He is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and Italian.
Mr. Halvorsen graduated with distinction from the University of Regina, where he received his Bachelor of Administration in Accounting. He earned his JD from Osgoode Hall Law School, York University, and he is admitted to practice law in New York and Illinois.
