Danielle Nicholson is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department. She practices in the areas of complex civil litigation, internal investigations and arbitration on behalf of national and multinational clients.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Ms. Nicholson worked for several years in the areas of corporate, criminal and immigration law as an associate for a New York-based firm. She maintains an active pro bono practice and has successfully represented clients before immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Ms. Nicholson has also worked in Cape Town, South Africa assisting refugees and asylum seekers.
Ms. Nicholson received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in 2003. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Temple University School of Law where she spent one year studying international, comparative and Japanese law at their Tokyo, Japan campus. She is fluent in French and has limited working knowledge of Japanese.
