Christine I. Lee is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and the nationally recognized Content, Media & Entertainment practice group. Ms. Lee’s wide-ranging practice focuses on advising and representing clients in copyright, contract dispute, trade secret, securities, commercial fraud, and related business tort matters. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies, smaller companies, and individuals in the music recording, music publishing, television programming, film, and financial services industries.
Ms. Lee has counseled clients at all stages of the litigation process, from pre-litigation counseling through appeals. She has also represented corporations and individuals in criminal and regulatory matters, including before the Securities and Exchange Commission and state attorneys general offices.
Ms. Lee maintains an active pro bono practice, which has included assisting individual clients in the areas of anti-human trafficking, disability rights, and landlord-tenant disputes. She also currently serves on the Associate Board for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, which provides pro bono arts-related legal representation and education to low-income artists and nonprofit arts and cultural organizations.
Within the firm, Ms. Lee also serves on the Associate Board of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee.
