Christina T. Lopez is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Lopez received her JD, cum laude, from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2019. While in law school, she served as co-president of the Diversity Coalition. She also served as a senior advisor of the law school’s peer-to-peer mentorship program and as a student lawyer in the Supreme Court Clinic, an arm of the Bluhm Legal Clinic’s Appellate Advocacy Center. She received the Harold Washington Leadership Award for significant contributions to the law school made by a second year student.
Prior to law school, Ms. Lopez earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2014. Following college, she worked as an assistant manager and styling expert at an international fashion retailer in the Chicagoland area.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Lopez served as a Public Interest Law Initiative fellow with the American Civil Liberties Union of Illinois.
