Ms. Holt is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Holt received her JD in 2018 from Harvard Law School, where she served as the managing editor for the Harvard Negotiation Law Review and on the Executive Board of the Women’s Law Association. While in law school, she worked with the Office of Capital and Forensic Writs in Austin, Texas, as part of the school’s Capital Punishment Clinic. She also worked with the MacArthur Justice Center in Washington, D.C., as part of its Criminal Justice Appellate Clinic. In the summer of 2018, Ms. Holt returned to the MacArthur Justice Center as a PILI Fellow. During her Fellowship, she assisted with criminal appeals before the Ninth Circuit, the Tenth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Holt graduated from Colgate University in 2014, magna cum laude, with a BA in English and Spanish and as a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She received High Honors in English as well as the Allen Prize for English Composition.
Ms. Holt is admitted to practice in the state of Illinois.
