Briana Sprick Schuster is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Complex Commercial Practice. She has experience with complex civil litigation, appeals and internal investigations.
Ms. Sprick Schuster has a broad range of litigation experience in appellate and trial courts at both the state and federal levels. She also has experience in internal investigations. Ms. Sprick Schuster maintains an active pro bono practice, in which she has represented clients on appeals in the United States Supreme Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.
Ms. Sprick Schuster earned her B.A. in biological sciences, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, from the University of Missouri. Prior to earning her J.D. from Harvard Law School, she taught high school science classes in Chicago as a Teach for America corps member. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rubén Castillo of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois before joining the firm.
Ms. Sprick Schuster is admitted to practice in Illinois. She serves on the Young Professionals Board of the John Howard Association.
