Brian Druchniak is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department. His practice includes commercial arbitration and securities litigation. He also practiced education law while seconded to the legal department of a major private university.
Mr. Druchniak received his JD, cum laude, from the Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2019. While in law school, Mr. Druchniak served as an associate editor and as a member of the articles review board for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology. He worked on behalf of indigent juvenile clients at the Bluhm Legal Clinic Children and Family Justice Center, and served as an extern for the Honorable Virginia M. Kendall at the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was also a volunteer teacher for Street Law.
Prior to law school, Mr. Druchniak graduated with an MA in history from Brown University and lived in England and Ireland for several months while researching the legal history of the British Empire. After he received his BA in history from the University of Michigan, he served as a judicial clerk in Oakland County, Michigan, and as a litigation paralegal in Chicago.
