Brendan A. Donahue is an associate in the firm's Corporate Department. He has worked on a variety of strategic, private equity and cross-border M&A transactions, as well as joint ventures, debt and equity offerings and other general corporate matters.
Mr. Donahue received his B.B.A. in economics in 2011 from Eastern Michigan University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He received his J.D. in 2014 from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He served as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
He was named a Janet D. Steiger Fellow by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law in 2012. His public service includes representing various non-profit organizations in formation, corporate governance and tax exemption matters, as well as volunteering at a legal aid clinic for small businesses.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Donahue worked in information technology.
Mr. Donahue is admitted to practice in Illinois, and his application to the Minnesota bar is pending.
