Ashwini Bharatkumar is an associate in the firm’s Energy Practice.

Ms. Bharatkumar received her JD from Harvard Law School, where she was a line editor for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology and an Olin Fellow in Law and Economics.  Ms. Bharatkumar received MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Technology and Policy from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was an NSF Graduate Research Fellow and an MIT Energy Initiative Fellow.  Her research focused on electricity distribution network modeling to inform regulatory and market design.

Ms. Bharatkumar graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she studied Operations Research.  She has completed internships at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
