Ariel Shpigel is an associate in the firm’s Litigation Department.
Ms. Shpigel received her J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2018. While in law school, she served as an editor on the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and as a submissions committee member on the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law. Ms. Shpigel volunteered as a student lawyer with the Recording Artist’s Project and served as vice president of entertainment programming for the Harvard Committee on Sports and Entertainment Law.
Ms. Shpigel graduated from Duke University in 2014 with a B.A. in environmental science and policy. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a legal intern at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts and as a research assistant for Harvard Law Professors Stuart Brotman and Ken Basin.
Ms. Shpigel is admitted to practice law in California.
