Anna Meresidis is a co-chair of the firm’s Corporate Practice and a co-chair of the Corporate Finance Practice. She is a trusted advisor to companies managing complex finance transactions that support their growth, innovation and investment strategies. Ms. Meresidis has significant experience in acquisition financings, cross-border credit facilities, asset-based loans, real estate finance, leveraged loans, investment-grade facilities, secured and unsecured note transactions, private placements, restructurings and workouts, debtor-in-possession financings, and exit financings.
Ms. Meresidis represents public and private companies covering a broad set of vertical industries, including leaders in technology and innovation, financial services, retail, manufacturing and sports and entertainment. She represents both borrowers (including corporations, private equity funds and strategic investors) and lenders (including investment banks, commercial banks, other financial institutions and alternative capital lenders) and assists clients in executing transactions across North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Ms. Meresidis also serves as Co-Chair of the firm’s Women’s Forum – Subcommittee on Professional Development and as Co-Chair of the Summer Associate Committee.
Representative finance engagements include the following:
- Albertsons, Inc. in its $4 billion asset-based loan facility.
- Jacobs Enegineering Group Inc. in its $500 million private placement.
- Internap Corporation in its $75 million debtor-in-possession financing and subsequent $300 million exit financings.
- Saothair Capital Partners, LLC in its asset-based loan and term loan financing used for the purchase of the business of Arandell Corporation pursuant to a 363 Sale.
