Anna K. Lyons is an associate in the Litigation Department in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She focuses her practice on internal and government-facing investigations and related enforcement actions.
Ms. Lyons has significant experience in internal investigations, compliance actions, and public policy matters as well as defending clients in state and federal courts. Her experience spans a variety of industries including technology, energy, banking, and media and entertainment.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice, handling matters related to immigration and constitutional rights. She serves on the firm’s Associates and Hiring Committees.
Ms. Lyons received her JD from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2018 where she served as Director of Appellate Competitions for Berkeley’s Board of Advocates, Vice President of the Boalt Hall Women’s Association, and editor for the Berkeley Business Law Journal. Ms. Lyons received her BA, magna cum laude, in History and Irish Studies from Tufts University in 2015.
