Andrew D. Hoeg is a member of the firm’s Investigations, Compliance, and Defense Practice.
Mr. Hoeg has participated in multiple government-initiated and internal investigations involving fraud, corporate malfeasance and other misconduct. Mr. Hoeg recently served on the firm team that performed an independent investigation into the Chicago Blackhawks’ response to allegations that in 2010 a player was sexually assaulted by an assistant coach. The investigation involved interviews with 139 people, including current and former players. Mr. Hoeg also has significant experience litigating complex civil cases in a variety of industries. He is experienced in all phases of litigation through trial and has extensive experience managing the e-Discovery process in large-scale litigation. Mr. Hoeg has represented clients in litigation stemming from breach of contract claims, alleged tax fraud, and alleged false claims act violations, among other matters.
Prior to joining Jenner & Block, Mr. Hoeg worked for a large international law firm for five years as a litigation associate. He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant in its Dispute Analysis and Investigations department.
